Good educational supplement

I purchased the 6-Month Subscription for my son to supplement his homeschool geography lessons. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received a confirmation email almost immediately. The first letter arrived within about five days, which was good. Each letter contains engaging illustrations and interesting facts, and the content is well-researched. We also got the Explorer Passport, which he enjoys filling out. I found the customer support responsive when I had a question about tracking a shipment, although it took a day to hear back. The letters themselves are high quality, but I wish they offered more specific age-appropriate content options as some topics are a bit advanced for younger kids.

Fun letters, easy to sign up

I got the Monthly Letter Subscription for my niece a while back. She really loved getting the letters in the mail, it was super cute. I think the illustrations were nice. It was a pretty smooth process overall, though sometimes the letters took a bit longer to get here than I expected, like 6 days one time.

Quick shipping, interesting content

I bought a Letter Bundle. It arrived fast, within 4 days. The letters are really neat. Good quality paper. My kids liked them a lot. It's a good product, just wish there were more bundles available at once.

Always a favorite

We've been getting the Monthly Letter Subscription for over a year now, and it's consistently a hit with my kids. This last one, about Japan, was particularly detailed. The quality of the illustrations and the information is always high. Sometimes the delivery date shifts a bit, but it always arrives eventually.

Absolutely love these letters!

I ordered the Annual Subscription and it's been fantastic! My kids are obsessed with getting their letters each month, they literally run to the mailbox. The information is so cool and the artwork is just beautiful. It makes learning about geography so exciting. I tell everyone about this. We even got a Map of the World to go with it. Definitely will keep this subscription going!

Good value for a gift

I grabbed a Gift Subscription during a holiday sale. It was a pretty good deal, I saved a few bucks which was nice. The recipient really enjoyed the letters, said they were very creative and educational. I felt it was a solid purchase for the price I paid. The initial setup was quick, but I found navigating their site for gift options a little confusing at first.

Engaging content, slow shipping

I got the 6-Month Subscription for my daughter, and she absolutely loves getting her 'mail.' The content, like the recent letter about Egypt, is truly engaging and teaches her a lot without feeling like schoolwork. The quality of the paper and illustrations is top-notch. My only minor complaint is that the shipping for the first letter took longer than expected, almost two weeks to get to us in Ohio, which felt a bit long when she was so excited to start. Otherwise, it's a great concept and well executed.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for something educational but also fun for my nephew, and this fit the bill. I grabbed the Annual Subscription when it had a holiday deal, which saved a good chunk of change compared to monthly. The letters are really well done. I just wish the tracking for the first one was clearer; it took about 10 days to reach him in Arizona.
